I hate country music, which is what this reminds me of - and then I listened a couple of times, and this is so easy to let go and listen to that I must compliment you on doing such a great job. There are no surprises here, yet - like much of this style of music that actually happens to be good - that`s exactly what`s pleasing about it. It doesn`t have unreasonable expectations of the listener, and it strives for just one thing: likeability. You nailed that. The flute at 2:05 (esp. when they`re in pairs) is inspired, and only serves to retain interest. And it`s the only piece in this month`s category B that really uses the fade-out correctly. Very good!
