It needs a soft harp and specific voices which are only in Merlin (preferably in the new Gold 1.0) or MyOwn soundfonts. Any other voice will not do the job - you can get it listening to the MP3 fragment. I started with a specific chord progression pattern, added a melody and then added some variations to emphasize the atmosphere. It doesn't follow any style or rules (not consciously).
