El Caballo Corriente by Donya Quick (2004-06-05)
"The Running Horse". Latin (I think) and Spanish mixed with a few other subtle things every now and then. Perhaps I should have called it "El Caballo Loco" from the rhythms. The guitar parts were meant to be largely hammer-on and left hand plucking techniques in the non-strumming sections; the guitars should not get drowned out by the other instruments.

Piano Y Suerte by capoverde (2009-10-23)
Starded playing in my mind one night, couldn't stop working at it till reasonably finished (should be mixed better).. Sequencer: Jazz++. MidiFont: Creative/Soundblaster ct4mgm. A tourist walking through a small town in some Latin country sees a piano sleeping in an old, semi-abandoned house; he enters and improvises a tune on the honky but playable instrument. He suddenly discovers that other musicians are playing along in the rather large room: a percussionist first, then, as his eyes get accustomed to the shadowed lighting, a pianist playing on a concert grand and a whole orchestra, taking his idea further with sprightly wit!
Of course, when the tune stops, everything disappears... but the Piano and our man's destiny (Suerte).
