1 01  The Wrath by MIchaelangelo Henegan (2011-12-12)
Digital Camera . This piece means a lot to me. It was written when I had felt that everything in my life was going completely wrong and that the world was crashing down on me. I was in a pretty dark state of mind at the time because I had honestly felt that I was living in hell. Anyways, it was rough, and this piece portrays what my feelings and my thoughts were at the time. It's a live performance so forgive the imperfections that you may catch. Anyways, here is "The Wrath" a piano prelude.

3 03  Kaleidoscope by Dave Albrecht (2011-12-02)
pc. Sequencer: Other. SoundFont: Merlin Grand, Jeux d`Orgue. This is the first time I am using the Merlin Grand organ. I did not think much of it years ago but by writing this piece I found out it's the ideal concert hall organ. I also used Jeux d'Orgue for some different organ voices. The piece is called "Kaleidoscope" - a rather unusual setting for Organ, English Horn and (pizzicato) Strings. The music is composed in my own invented "Art Deco" style.

4 04  Voices of the Abyss by Juan Munoz (2011-12-01)
Finale PrintMusic 2009. This piece was inspired by a scary paranormal voice recorded on a cell phone. The piece begins with a "boiling lava" effect emulated by the tuba. The low strings come in with a confusing meter later accompanied with dissonant brass depicting the descending to hell. The brass later take the main theme which is repeated by the violins. The piece comes to a climax with roaring brass and then concludes with a demonic descending shephard scale finally settling to a first dissonant then resting note.

5 05  The Duel by Elijah C. C. Wood (2011-12-20)
Sibelius 6, Reason 5. Sequencer: Sibelius 6. The Duel depicts an epic battle between Good and Evil.
The first half or so pits the Hero and his friend against the mighty Villain in a fight to the death. When the music slows down and gets sad, it is portraying the death of the Hero's friend at the Villain's hands. When it speeds back up, it is portraying the Hero regaining his wits, fighting the Villain one-on-one, and finally, slaying the Villain. The music is closer to an epic commentary by choir and orchestra than a depiction of the actual fighting itself.

9 09  Judgement Day for the Lazy Tuba Player by Daniel Loveday (2011-12-03)
Jampack samples in Garageband. In keeping with the Christmas theme of Scrooge this is the story of the tuba player who won't perform at the Christmas charity concert because he can't be bothered. He gets drunk, is crushed under his own tuba and as he fades away drums start pounding in his head as he's summoned down, down, into the depths, before the court of Lucifer where he learns what his eternal punishment will be...

10 10  Walkin home (in the winter) by matarison (2011-12-02)
XP80, electric & bass guitars. The original of this song included a full vocal track by myself. Unfortunately my singing is rubbish so I've removed it. Please feel free to make up your own song & sing along. You can't do any worse than me! My song was about walking home alone from the pub through Rochester late at night at Christmas & seeing lots of drunk, aggressive young blokes & girls dressed like tarts, all against the beautiful backdrop of snow covered Rochester cathedral.
