(1) The minimum score for a TQA vote is 9.00.

(2) It is a quality level ranking based on COMPARISON that says: piece X under reviewing has the same quality value Q as known piece Y, which I know is considered Q by most people and experts in the genre (not only me).
Example: a work has quality similar to a known excellent work (let's say 9.5) then it is scored 9.5. If its quality is similar to an average work then it gets a 7.0. And so on.
This way we set a standard to compare and qualify for all reviewers.
We use six criteria: themes, orchestration, harmonies, development, taste and originality. Each criteria must be judged separately the best we can, avoiding only-taste scoring.

(3) Submissions must be judged on the category submitted accordingly. Evaluate the COMPOSITION and not the PERFORMANCE.
